With a creative mindset and a passion for all things green, Meadows and Mulberry's owner Karon has created masterpieces for brides for almost a decade. Based in North Yorkshire, Karon covers the whole of Yorkshire, North East and North West England with emotion-evoking, artistic and seriously beautiful floristry.
“It’s your day, your way”, is Karon's mantra, whose main mission is to make every couple's vision come to life (the more colourful, different or quirky…the better!). Her passion and commitment to every couple ensures she goes above and beyond expectations, guaranteeing that 'wow' moment.

THE ROOTS
Beginning her journey as a Director of Sport (not the career change we were expecting!), Karon began to follow her true passion in 2015 when she finally became a fully-fledged florist. Karon didn’t jump head first though, she trained, researched and developed her expertise for a few years which made her the award-winning florist that she is today.

Now, you'll find Karon in her own floral studio down a winding path in her back garden in Yorkshire, where she masters up beloved bouquets and decorations for couples across the North. Working with her couples from the moment they book, her service is personal and her creativity knows no bounds – matching colours, shapes and species of flowers so artisically to create real works of art. It's a result of passion and hours spent perfecting the craft, and we love it.

Karon firstly begins to understand your desired theme and style and if you're looking for inspiration, she can give you lots of ideas and suggestions and help you decide on your perfect flowers. At the initial consultation you will discuss every aspect of your wedding flower arrangements, whether yours is an intimate gathering or a large ceremony, the outcome will be spectacular designs.
I WILL LIAISE WITH WEDDING PLANNERS AT ALL WEDDING VENUES AND SUPPLIERS IN YORKSHIRE AND THE NORTH EAST OR WHEREVER YOUR VENUE IS, TO ENSURE QUALITY ACROSS THE SEASONS.

We went to Karon at Meadows and Mulberry with an idea for a photoshoot for Issue 27 - two spherical, modern pillars of white hydrangeas which started as an image from Pinterest, and finished in a flawless re-creation – proof that she can carry out any brief, to a T.
