Inseparable from the start, Ashlee and Jamie always knew that they would spend their lives together. When it came to their wedding day, the Victorian grandeur and city centre location of The County Hotel served as the quintessential nuptial setting.

 

Historic Chic

 

Dating back to 1874, this historic landmark remains one of Newcastle’s original hotels. The venue’s rich history can be seen at every turn, engrained in the stately spaces throughout and enhanced by their classic features.

The stained-glass windows in the Mozart Suite bathed the wedding party in light as the couple said their vows in the rose gold themed ceremony.

Unique Photo Ops

Choosing a venue in the heart of Newcastle opened up their day to unique photo opportunities in the city itself. 

The balcony overlooking the city took Ashlee and Jamie’s breath away and provided both an incomparable view of the city and some seriously cool shots.

The exquisite service, surroundings and location were all a recipe for a wedding day that Ashlee, Jamie and their guests couldn’t fault. In fact, The County Hotel left such an impression on the entire wedding party that some have already booked to hold their special days there, too!
