INTRODUCTION
Whalton Manor Gardens is an untouched historic Manor House discretely situated in the heart of Northumberland. Designed in 1908 by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Gertrude Jekyll, these private gardens span across three acres to make your day as private, poignant, and Pinterest-worthy as possible.
Fully licensed for weddings, this venue is bursting with character and charm. From the Summerhouse where you can host an intimate ceremony with your friends and family, to the Main Lawn where guests can bask in the greenery of the gardens, Whalton Manor Gardens is the perfect summer venue.

LIVIN' THE HIGH LIFE

THE CEREMONY
Fully licensed for weddings, Whalton Manor Gardens' Summerhouse creates the perfect backdrop for a ceremony that feels like a bit of you. The blank canvas provided by the Italian style Summer House creates space for a unique celebration of your marriage. Or why not tie the knot on the glorious Main Lawn with a marquee to protect you from the unpredictable British weather.
Afterwards, stroll over to the historic Croquet Lawn for lunch or some fabulously refreshing pre and post ceremony drinks and canapés.
DANCING DOWN THE ROAD
Whalton Manor Gardens work very closely with the quaintly historic Whalton Village Hall which supplies a large dance floor and dining area so that you and your guests can enjoy some well-needed nibbles and then dance the night away with the perfect countryside backdrop.
