INTRODUCTION
Royle Forest Weddings is a brand-new woodland tipi venue set in the heart of a magical ancient 200-acre forest on the Derbyshire and Staffordshire border. Their aim is simple, to design and create a Wedding Venue that is immersed in nature, totally unique and one to remember.
Run by Fraser and his family, the venue is designed to welcome couples and their nearest and dearest for a celebration like no other, with fantastical enchantment and all the added extras a modern marriage could wish for. Care to come inside?
A GRAND ENTRANCE
Grand handmade rustic gates hand-burnt with the Royle Forest logo hang between two stone pillars, leading to the forest drive and through the ruined ancient archway - setting off a spellbinding stroll through nature. When the sun goes down, the walkway transforms into an otherworldly aisle, with overhead festoon lighting illuminating the pathway as you approach the tipi clearing, where the real magic unfolds.
TIP(I) TOP CELEBRATIONS
The parting of the trees marks the beautiful Forest Clearing, where five conjoined canvas tipis on a decked walkway provide the ultimate party palace. Two are used for seating, one is dedicated to the dance floor, one hosts the bar and cocktail area and the smallest is an intimate whiskey lounge for guests to unwind – the perfect mixture of chill and thrill for any style of wedding.
The neon-lit Forest Bar is stocked full with beers from Derbyshire-based Thornbridge Brewery while others can sip on chic customisable cocktails and fine wines from around the world – all priced reasonably to ensure the party gets going.
Spill out into the surrounding garden for intimate breakaway drinks by the firepits, pose for pictures against the fairy lit backdrops and dance the night away on a spectacular 3D infinity dancefloor. It’s a journey into the unexpected and a picture-perfect paradise for the artistic dreamers.
SEAL THE DEAL
Tucked deep in the heart of the forest, unions are sealed in ‘The Forest Chapel’, a beautiful stone- built structure as beautiful as it is unique. Friends and family watch on from the canvas-covered quarter, complete with 250-year-old church pews. Weather resistant and Instagram-approved.

BREWERY TASTING SESSION
Couples are invited to Royle Forest’s bar partner Thornbridge Brewery for an extra- special tasting session ahead of the big day to choose their beers.
WINE TASTING EVENING
Wine afenciado? Couples are also invited for a romantic wine tasting evening to pre- select their grapes of choice.
WEDDING CAR
Don’t fancy the woodland walks? Arrive in style in an old school drop-top TR6, available to ferry you around the estate on your special day.

ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A WEDDING VENUE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYLE FOREST, THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO OTHER VENUES AND UNIQUE IN EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO.
