Nestled in the heart of County Durham's expansive countryside, Runa Farm is an earthy, natural and oh-so cool new venue that speaks a rythm of its own. Atmospheric lighting, textures and trend at every turn, all the wedding wonderment – this venue is made for the modern dreamers – inspired by an Ibizan-finca romance.

With that in mind, we enlisted the help of Whitley Bay's new boutique MRS W to bring our dreamscape to life. Slick, minimal and effortlessly glamorous gowns by Vagabond, NEWWHITE and a cool co-ord by Bowie Ray upped the style stakes.

When it came to the luxe details, gorgeous natural yet contemporary stationery from Ruby Shoes Studio provided the perfect flay-lay, amass with tonal neutrals and natural textures, while jewellery was from new Northern maker Daint - a brilliant new brand hailing from Northumberland specialising in authentic, handmade high-quality peices for the modern bride. Our model's makeup was created by Nichola Hope, a hugely talented northern MUA with a knack for creating flawless glow with top products and the latest beauty trends.

A wildly wicked cake from Botanical Cakes brought life and lustre to our table setting, and the vaycay vibes were brought in full force by Saint Belle, an independent female-run North East brand creating gorgeous womenswear using handwoven recycled fabrics.
