Dubbed as one of Yorkshire’s leading event planners, Sue has a wealth of experience planning events in both the UK and America. Sue takes time out of her busy schedule to tell us about the spectacular wedding she designed for Marcus and Rachael.

“Since Marcus was working abroad in the RAF and Rachael juggled a busy life with her passion for horses, they found pulling everything together was stressful and time consuming.

“I worked with Rachael and Marcus to ensure that everything happened on a detailed running order. I contacted the suppliers to check set up times and delivery, I went over wet weather plans, supplier’s arrival times and made sure all the personal touches came to fruition.”

“Rachael and Marcus wanted lots of entertainment for their guests. Marcus and his dad even built a cocktail bar in the marquee, complete with Victorian fire, sofas, lampshades and cocktails in China cups.

“To ensure the couple had a stress-free day, I used a handful of select suppliers to organise and achieve exactly what they wanted.”
