We are the “controller” of all personal data collected and used for the purposes of Belle Bridal Magazine – Inka Publishing Limited and for any other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We have additionally, in accordance with GDPR, appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who has responsibility within the company for making sure your data is treated within the boundaries of this law.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

We collect information about you when you comment on blog posts, sign up for newsletters, participate in online magazine competitions and sign up at registration when attending a Belle Bridal Wedding event or registering online. We also may store information gathered via our website using cookies. Collected data can include name, e-mail address, wedding date and telephone number of an individual.

THE USE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We use information about you to decipher magazine and online content, for promotional newsletters, to let you know about our Belle Bridal Wedding Shows – if you agree – and to promote new issues of our magazine. Additionally we will use data for competition processing. By entering any competitions, you agree that your entry details will also be provided to the third-party company involved in that competition whereupon it is their responsibility is to select a winner and contact the winner themselves. Your personal data is never sold, reproduced or passed to any third party unless expressly stated at the initial point of contact.

E-MAIL DISTRIBUTION
Flodesk is the marketing platform we currently use for email newsletters. By signing up to our newsletter, the information you provide will be transferred to Flodesk for processing in accordance with their individual Privacy Policy Terms of Business. We will not share your information for general marketing purposes with unrelated companies not described in the paragraph above.
