Your trial will take place in Kayleigh’s beautiful salon and will last around two hours, trying and testing different styles to decide on one you feel most comfortable with.

A pre-wedding trial is standard at Seven7Seven Bridal. Held at Crystal's bright and beautiful salon in Northumberland, Crystal will welcome you in to have an in-depth chat about your vision and get to know you a little more. They usually last around 1.5  hours, with your wedding day location and times also discussed ensuring you leave with full clarity over the plan for the big day. 

Please bring inspo images (Instagram/Pinterest) and any accessories you’d like to wear. If not, don’t worry – the team have an array of accessories and a temporary veil on-hand to play and ponder over. 

Prior to the hair trial, Crystal who has been in the bridal hair industry for over 13 years advises you wash your hair the night before and blow-dry as normal without any products or styling tools. 

Crystal does advise you to come alone to trial as while they would love to host your whole bridal party in the studio, unfortunately space is limited. Should you wish to bring someone with you please contact Crystal.

+ The use of hair padding/ donuts for all bridal party members (included in all rates)

With regards to the makeup trial, Kirsten advises that bringing along moodboards and your favourite products help for inspo and an idea of your desired vibe, and that you bring only one other person – multiple opinions can be overwhelming. In terms of time scale, she suggests six to 10 weeks pre-W day is ideal, as you’ll have more of an idea of how the dress will work with your hair and makeup. Kirsten will organise to come to you for the trial, or another convenient location.

SIGNATURE STYLE 

Kirsten’s go-to face is glowing, ‘lit from within’ skin, with a focal softeye. She also likes to create a barefaced (but not) look to draw out all of the bride’s essential qualities for a more polished version of their everyday beauty. She does, however, also love a statement red lip – who doesn’t?

With a profound focus on colour, his years of training in the North East and with some of the leading colourists at Tony and Guy in London have provided him with a great skill for combining colours to complement clients’ skin tone.

He has subsequently flourished in his role as in-house colour technician at his salon Aqua, while developing a keen passion for bridal styling – earning his reputation as a wedding expert extraordinaire.
