INTRODUCTION
Set up in 2022 by friends Sophie and Eve, G&M is a labour of love from two modern day wedding enthusiasts who have an innate passion for bridal fashion, pursuing their dreams of helping brides-to-be find the ‘one’. The name so happens to be a mix of their middle names – a perfect duo if ever we’ve seen one. At G&M, the labels are luxe and their interiors are thoughtfully designed to help
brides and their tribes fall into a world of comfort. Crisp whites and dreamy neutrals mix to create a warming environment, while the rails steal the show with all the latest gowns from international labels, foregrounding contemporary style and on-trend fits. The aim is to provide every bride to be with the perfect experience, so what's that like? Read on to discover the dreamy day that awaits at G&M...
THE JOURNEY
Picture the scene, you’ve just arrived at Guinevere and May bridal for your exclusive appointment. You’re greeted with a drink of your choice whilst soft instrumental music plays in the background. You take your time to browse the beautiful selections of gowns, veils and accessories, attaching a little velvet peg to anything catching your eye.
Your entourage are then escorted upstairs into the private dressing area, while you and your handpicked gowns are taken into the dressing room ready to wow your entourage. This is where the magic happens, with your own personal stylist being on-hand to offer expert advice while you freely try on to your hearts desire.
Explore the beautiful range of veils and accessories – seriously, there is a sparkly finishing touch to suit any style here – and find your ultimate bridal ensemble. Love it? Say yes to the dress, pose for a picture next to the Instagrammable arch and cheers to finding your perfect fit – leaving full of confidence and love.
That’s the G&M mantra, to make every bride to be feel special and liberated after her appointment. It’s more than dress shopping, it’s about connecting and celebrating a monumental moment in your life, with all the lavish luxe touches to make it memorable and cherished.
THE LABELS
International bridal design comes to the fore here. Not only are they are an official stockist of worldwide powerhouses Justin Alexander and Sincerity Bridal, but they have their very own range of exclusive gowns, G&M by G&M. This means brides can leave with a gown that’s completely unique to them.
The sizes range from 8 to 22, covering all different styles and designs and meeting a variety of budgets, and alterations are passed onto their trusted seamstress to make your gown fit you like a glove. Minimalist or sequin-rich, their collections stretch the imagination and suit the fashion-forward bride who knows her style – with all the high-end couture details you would come to expect.
