Having spent her late teens and early 20s travelling the USA, before embarking on an interrailing tour of Europe, she honed her talent for planning and passion for seeing the world – she’s now been to 39 countries (and counting). The key to a truly customised trip is getting to know a couple, so Sarah likes to get on a videocall with couples together to ask all the important questions. She learns as much about the pair as possible: what they like and don’t like, what holidays they’ve previously enjoyed and not enjoyed. Then, she turns to her extensive digital rolodex of handpicked suppliers and destination specialists to put together a realistic itinerary and quotation. Then, she has another videocall with her clients to go over the outline of the schedule, revising and refining it until the holiday of their dreams emerges.
