Brand new for 2024 and just opened, The Garden Room is the Biscuit Factory’s tropical plant-filled oasis in the heart of Newcastle. Inspired by Victorian Winter Gardens, The Garden Room provides a botanical backdrop to your wedding day; blending elegant touches with contemporary features. Say your vows surrounded by a living garden, while the indoor waterfall creates a soothing atmosphere. Triple height ceilings adorned with golden chandeliers bring light and luxury to your day. Managed by a small team of experts, you’ll enjoy a personal service from friendly, dedicated and unflappable professionals who will help you bring your dream day to life.

The venue can hold from 40 to 250+ guests in their collection of rooms and private hire options that give you the opportunity to create a wedding day that fits your fancy. THE GARDEN ROOM | Opening early 2024
Opening early next year, this area will be a tropical fantasy that is inspired by Victorian winter gardens. Expected grandeur with swaying palms housed under a treble height ceiling, this space will be one to watch next year.
THE GALLERY | Ceremonies of up to 150 guests
Bask in the warmth of the original wooden beams and red brickwork that is illuminated with natural light throughout the room, gather all of your friends and family for this picturesque moment.
ARTISAN | Receptions between 70-100 guests
Where modern meets traditional, with an artist-commissioned mural as the backdrop and real fireplaces to bounce off of the exposed brick walls, this is the space to let your hair down and get silly to celebrate your day.
THE BISCUIT ROOM | Ceremonies of up to 150 guests and Receptions of up to 300 guests
The largest space, a contemporary hall that is permeated with sunlight, this mid-century style hall is a fabulous area to celebrate with all of your guests.
