Run by dedicated bridal enthusiast Danni Hesketh, You Are Precious represents a contemporary take on luxury bridal. Here, brides are treat as the only one in the room – the starring role, the main character – urged to unwind and find their dream fit in utter tranquility that's now a three-storey townhouse, with luxe on every level. Care to come inside?
A Precious New Era
Haven't you heard? You Are Precious (formerly known as YAP Bridal) is beginning a new story. Three storeys, to be exact. Now based in a charming three-level townhouse in the centre of Newcastle, the new-look boutique radiates warm, comforting vibes through super cool interiors and superb service, providing a place for the modern, fashion-forward brides to meet their dream fit. Boucle textures, light neutral tones and limewash walls bring on-trend touches to the high ceilings, original floorboards and traditional architecture that hug you upon entry.
Owner Danni has made this house a home, adding parts of her own journey into bridal to the setup– from the vintage sewing machines on coffee tables to the gorgeous deep green-tone patterned rug from her grandmother's house (who taught her to sew at an early age) – this feels more than just a bridal studio, it's a culture-like labour of love that beckons brides to unwind.

Danni took over the reigns as owner in Spring 2019 after working within the industry and as part of their beautiful boutique over the last 10 years (Being a You Are Precious Bride herself in 2016!)
Her degree in Fashion Marketing has provided a strong understanding of the importance of great quality garments, exquisitely designed, at the forefront of bridal trends.
